me and my sister purchased a groupon & showed Amy's husband and he redeemed it and left.. after our service was completed Amy then starts asking to see our groupon & for some odd reason it wasn't showing up. her and her daughter then starts pressuring me to use my phone & see if i was lying. meanwhile i'm telling amy to at least call her husband while i'm trying to figure out why it isn't showing up. her daughter chimes in like no give her your phone. i told them they were making me feel very uncomfortable & if they could please just call her husband. she FINALLY takes my advice after 10 minutes of interrogation & reaching out for my phone. her husband confirms what i said & guess what she still didn't apologize or admit she was wrong.

I go here only to get my eyebrows threaded. They do wonderful work! You can wax your eyebrows there too.
I just been there and hated it. She ruined the shape of my brows. I made sure to mention it in the beginning that I need them thick but she took a lot of hair out. Upon confronting she refused to agree. I did not want to make a scene or waste any more of my time, I quietly walked out and now waiting for the hair to regrow.
