I work at the hotel across the street and decided it would be convenient for me to drop off my car in the morning and then pick up my car around lunch time. Well, when I go to pay I am told it's 9.99 even though I selected the 14.99 package, since I was in the early bird time which I thought "wow great". Once, I step into my car I realize that it hasn't been cleaned. There is bird poop still on my car which they claim must of just happened and my dog's hair was still on the seats. It just doesn't look like it was touched. One of the managers came over and said to me " It's 9.99 think about it". Whether its the basic package or not, they should still actually clean your car. I was also told that they don't vacuum dog hair, which in my head I am thinking does that mean you don't clean dirt either?? I am not one to ever write reviews but the service here is terrible and they have attitudes as well. On 9.99 I ended up tipping 5 dollars before I saw my car or even knew that I was getting the early bird special. I was angry at the moment and mentioned that I tipped 5 dollars on my service and the manager says " Honey your tip doesn't help the company". Last time I checked, it may not necessarily help the company but it keeps employees employed. I am not sure how they are still in business, but they need some lessons on customer service.

Terrible and will never go back. I am shocked... My interior was not cleaned. I got the full basic package for 12.99 (and stupidly tipped at the register before getting my car). In this package you get exterior, wipe down of interior and vacuum. My car is less than a year old and I am trying to keep it clean so there was not too much of a mess. After 5 minutes I am the only one in the waiting room, so it wasn't packed. I hear the intercom go off, but sound is terrible and it sounds like another language or muffled so I didn't think it was for me. Seems like 20+ minutes pass (I watch a half hour tv show) and I am wondering about my car so I step outside. I see my car on the side with the door wide open. I am guessing it is ready so I go out and sit in my car to start it up, but I look around and I am thinking, there is no way this is ready. So I go back inside and wait for another 10 minutes. I ask the lady at register, when will I know my car is ready and she lets me know I will hear it on loud speaker. I thought to myself, I never gave them my name (they never asked and they should call out your name instead of vehicle type because it is personalized customer service, which they obviously do no make a priority there-they are quick turnaround awful service). So I go to speak with Oscar, the manager and I ask if my car is ready and to make this short, I showed him my car and how dirty it was. He did not have a response. He was quiet.... did not offer to do anything. I said, well I already paid so I am out of here, but I will never be back. The pictures will not do it justice but you can tell there was a quick vacuum and zero wipe down. There is dust, fingerprints and dirt. I will not be returning and suggest the other local car cleaners for quality and to get better customer service.

Their car wash tore off the weather stripping from around my windshield. The white haired guy working the front told me that his machines would never cause any damage to my van. Basically calling me a liar until his guy came from the car wash holding the missing pieces of my van. Then he started telling me they were not responsible for any damage caused the machine. And for some reason my windshield wipers stopped working. I made a huge mistake trusting these people with my van. I DO NOT RECOMNEND THESE PEOPLE TO WASH A DOG HOUSE. THEY DO NOT CLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE DAMAGE TO MY VAN. BEWARE AND AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE AN STD! I give them a minus 10 stars. Espically considering the attitude I received from this nasty little man regarding damages to my van!!! Sorry I choose to go there in the first place. BEWARE!!!
