WOW. Great customer service, great prices, awesome quality furniture. Rob was Amazing! Very helpful professional and just a genuine person! Will come back here and refer a friend any day!! Even though the piece that came in (sectional) was damaged worse than a floor model their customers service made up for it!
My overall experience was excellent and my sales representative was very good at her job and made it easier to make a decision. She new exactly what I wanted and took me straight to it. She was awesome.
Horrible experience today. I walked into the store and got greeted right away by a gentleman. He asked what I was looking for pointed me the right way and pretty much disappeared. He's came by a couple times but was trying to help too many other people at the same time. I told him that I was ready to check out and I had cash but he was more interested in helping a couple even though I got there first. All the other sales people kept walking by me and wouldn't even look at me and I know because it was the way I was dressed and because I was there with a child. It was evident that they were ignoring me on purpose and were trying to find other people to sell to instead. I finally grabbed a lady and said to her that nobody wants to help me, everybody is just ignoring me, I have cash and I'm ready to check out and I'm not getting any help.
I purchased a dining table and chairs at the Ashley Furniture store in Sawgrass Mills. My salesman, Nick Janal, was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. There was no sales pressure to purchase. The delivery was perfect. NIck was always available to talk to during sale and after delivery. This was a very positive experience.
Ashley Connor from Ashley Furniture by the Sawgrass was incredibly helpful and personable! She helped us find the furniture we were seeking and provided us with various other options within our theme (industrial). She really knows the store's product lines and best of all everything we liked was in stock...unlike the store next door (Rooms To Go) which had a 2-month wait on several of the items we liked. Also, several of the items we purchased from Ashley Furniture are made in the USA, which we always try to strive for. I highly recommend asking for Ashley Connor next time you to Ashley Furniture. Her name will be easy for you to remember, so do it!
