Please, avoid this theater if you can possibly go ANYWHERE else.
Absolutely the worst IMAX theater I have ever been to, and desperately in need of a renovation. Compared to any of the modern theaters I have been to this place is an absolute joke. IMAX isn't 3-D, the seats don't recline and the fabric is rough, the theater itself smells like urine, the concession line is slow, and possibly most criminal of all they still charged me over $40 for 2 tickets. Please don't come here, there are way better theaters out there.
My friend and I are literally in the concession stand line right now, and have been for the past 30 minutes. We arrived here 25 minutes early for our movie, and are now 20 minutes late. The line wasn't exceptionally long, maybe 20-30 people at the most. However, we've stood witness to the slowest, most incompetent employees that any business anywhere has to offer. There's no way you can get any slower than this. The theater needs to either hire more people, or get the ones they have to work at a reasonable pace like employees of any business should.
We came here to watch Hitman’s Bodyguard because it’s the only theater in the area that is showing it. But hell, I’d rather drive to Orlando to watch a movie than ever come here again. 1 person selling tickets, another selling food. On a FRIDAY NIGHT! Lines were extremely long. Then we get there, this dude wouldn’t even look at me as i ordered. Extremely disrespectful as I’m trying to get concessions. Finally, we get into the theater, this place wasn’t cleaned from last movie so there’s popcorn, soda, trash everywhere. There’s even broken seats just falling over. Never again!

I grew up in Florida and came here to watch movies for as long as I can remember! It used to have a very awesome management and the staff was quick and friendly. All that has definitely changed now. The ticket attendant named Patti was very mean and a 100% racist. I watched a movie there last month and she was rude to me. And I just thought may be she was having a bad day so I forgot about it and went on to have a great day. I went back again to watch a movie a couple of days ago and she was there again and I recognized her. As we walked up to the counter to purchase our tickets, she was already talking in a grumpy voice. Our ticket was $40 something dollars and change. I clearly told the lady we had the change and started to look for it on our wallet. And she clearly saw 3 grown ass women looking in their purse for something and I'm sure as hell she saw us even counting it in our hands. When I had the change ready for her, she already broke the bill and gave us more change back and I corrected her and told her I have the change and she just replied, "Oh well I already rung it out , so.. " And I told her again, " I told you I had the change" And, this Patti decides to make a mocking face at me and my friends and say in a very squeaky voice "Well, no you didn't tell me anything" . This is disgusting .. I don't think I'll be coming back again until they start staffing people who are happy to greet and interact with other people. If you don't like interaction with anyone then there are other jobs you can certainly work at. Clearly, there's a lot of interaction here when you're selling tickets behind a glass.
