It took the whole sunday afternoon to get a medication. They received only 1 prescription and there were suppoused to be 2. I was able to provide them with a photo of the second one but did not work for them. I went home and brought the prescription. The former superviser was able to solve everything, the current one is pretty good creating problems instead and is nothing but rude.
I have never dealt with such unprofessional mistakes for a pharmacy. When your getting notified the pharmacist has filled your prescription but when you go to pick it up it's not in the system. It was like I was speaking to them in tongues. They didn't understand a word I said.
