The man at the front desk was nice and helpful but the lady in records was rude. I asked her over the phone what time do you guys close and she told me 8pm, I go all the way down there for her to tell me they close at 6 and there is nothing she can do for me.
For such an elaborate building, you would think there would be more staff to direct you
