I made arrangements to pickup, but due to holiday traffic I was running very late. I called the store and spoke with Melvin Santana. He informed me that he would wait a little after their closing so I could pickup the boots which I needed for work the next day.
I plan to spread the word to others about the professionalism from the Orlando and Sunrise locations.

I highly recommend buying work boots from Red Wing Shoes. I originally dealt with Angel in the Orlando location but they didn't have my size. They did a search and found my size at this sunrise store.

As soon as I walked in I was promptly greeted by a salesman named Mikey. He asked me what kind of shoe I was looking for and the utility. He sized my feet and brought out some of the shoes I was looking at. While he was in the back another man named Marty greeted me and also assisted me in my purchase. You could tell immediately that Marty was a Red wing man. He was very proud and knowledgeable about the company. These guys provided me with an excellent experience all the way through my purchase. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone I know. Thank you.
As a semi truck driver one needs a sturdy reliable pair of work boots. Red wing boots are the best boots in America. Bought me a pair of work boots from this location very knowledgeable friendly staff. Marty is the man, guy knows boots like the back of his hand. I been trucking across the United States hauling heavy machinery I wear my red wings everyday and they couldn't be better.
Melvin also noticed I was hoarse and sympathized with me and made an exception to wait for me almost 1 hour after closing. Of course, this is not a normal practice, but this personal touch made me recognize that Melvin and fellow employee Michael Avila strive to go above and beyond for each customer. Because of their service they have earned a Red Wing Shoes lifetime customer.
