There was lots of confusion on a Men's ring that I purchased. I wasn't getting the proper help I needed. Carol, the store manager took charge. She treated me with respect, very helpful and was beyond understanding. Not to mention, she was extremely nice to me. I will stay a customer at this Zales as long as she works there and is the manager. Carol keeps the store running smoothly.
Nobody is more helpful than Cary. She helped me find the best ring for my girlfriend. Cary is full of joy and has knowledge about everything. Zales also has a great credit card service with no interest for a year. Go there and ask for Cary. She wants the sales but understand the nature of the business.
Terrible terrible experience! Please avoid this particular store at all cost! I don't know if all Zales stores have such bad customer service and poor command of the company policies but this store, from first hand experience is the worst! They care more about making the sale than helping to correct any issues that may arise and would rather defer you to corporate customer service which takes years to get anything resolved! They are also very quick to give you a Zales credit card whether or not you need it for your purchase, especially Cary (or Karen). In my experience I didn't need the credit card and she inadequately explained to me why the card was being processed for me. After I told her I don't need the card for my purchase she told me it was too late because I'll be getting a card in the mail in 7 days and only then can I close the account. I now have that as a closed account on my Fico credit score impacting my score negatively. Comenity Capital Bank which is their provider also won't help take this off my score now. It's been 3 months since my incident and I'm still filing paperwork to try to have this removed from my credit score and this is all without the help of anyone at Zales. Not even the corporate office. Horrible store! I would stay away from them if I were you and if you absolutely must, go with cash and claim your purchase that same day.
